The construction will begin in the autumn of 2023. The building itself will be divided into four stock office types, with business premises ranging from 400 to 1000 square meters, and will be a Class A energy-efficient warehouse/production building. The design contract has been awarded to Sirkel and Mall OÜ, Estonia’s leading design and architecture firm in their field.
Silikaat Tehnopark’s biggest advantages are its flexible detailed planning, allowing for construction volumes for larger undertakings or prospective expansion plans, low overhead costs due to energy-efficient solutions and excellent conditions for energy-intensive production thanks to large electricity capacities, gas, technological, and utility water. The developer aims to provide tenants with low heating costs by combining options for ground, water/air, and gas heating. The location of Silikaat Technopark creates opportunities, as it is only 8 km from the center of Tallinn, which ensures excellent public transport and logistics options. A total of 22 properties are planned to be developed on 28 hectares, many of which offer special solutions tailored to the needs of clients.
